HIIT45

Join our challenging HIIT45 class to experience an exhilarating workout that combines bursts of intense activity with short recovery periods. Designed to maximize calorie burn, cardiovascular endurance, and overall fitness, this class is perfect for individuals looking to challenge themselves and achieve rapid results. Our instructors will guide you through a 5 minute warm up, followed by 30 minutes of high-energy exercises that push your limits and boost your metabolism, 5 minutes of core work, and finally a 5 minute cool down stretch. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or new to fitness, HIIT45 offers a scalable and effective workout that will leave you feeling energized and ready to slay!

What to bring: 

mat, water (shoes optional). Weights and bands will be provided, but class participants are welcome to bring weights and bands from home.
