Our Hot Pilates Core class is designed to target key muscle groups, enhance your core strength, and help you sculpt and strengthen your entire body from head to toe. You'll engage in a variety of exercises that target the glutes, pelvic floor, abdominal, oblique, and lower back muscles, leading to improved posture, balance, and overall core strength. You will also move through an arm strengthening sequence, targeting shoulders, triceps, and biceps. This class provides a solid foundation for overall fitness and will help you move better and FEEL better.
