Our fun and challenging Hot Pilates HIIT class is a dynamic fitness experience designed to bring together core strengthening and high-intensity interval training (HIIT) in a hot room. This class is divided to optimize results, dedicating the first half to a comprehensive core workout and the second half to heart-pounding HIIT. By strategically merging these two components, you'll sculpt your core, boost your cardiovascular endurance, and elevate your fitness journey to a new level. Our instructors will guide you through targeted core exercises and heart-pumping HIIT intervals, ensuring you leave each session feeling accomplished, invigorated, and closer to your fitness goals.
