We offer two different types of meditation classes that provide a serene sanctuary for your mind, body, and soul. Guided Meditation: Combining tranquility and technique, this class will gently guide you through various meditation techniques designed to quiet the mind, reduce stress, and enhance overall wellness. Light breathwork and mudras may be incorporated into these guided meditations. There is a new theme each week with binaural sounds woven throughout the meditation, ending with a sound bath. Sound Bath Meditation: Sound bath meditation is a partially guided meditative journey that offers crystal sound bowls and a variety of instruments to create a deep state of relaxation, align your energy centers, reduce stress, and cultivate inner peace. This class was designed for meditators to meditate independently and to enjoy healing vibrations of sound.
Live Music Meditation is the same class, but with live instrumental music playing in the background.
