Strength 2

Join us for a full-body strength workout with a focus on posterior, pull, and upper-body exercises. Classes will typically be a 6-10 station rotation through various exercises, such as lunges, rows, squats, etc. Exercises will utilize a combination of bodyweight, dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, and medicine balls.

What to bring: 

Water and shoes. Weights will be provided.
