Warm Flow

Prepare to immerse yourself in movement, breath, and heat in our Warm Flow class. The class begins with centering, focusing your mind on the practice ahead, followed by a sequence of flow designed to challenge and rejuvenate your body. The controlled heat encourages your muscles to relax, deepens stretches, and promotes detoxification through increased perspiration. This lightly heated practice involves a dynamic interplay of postures, allowing you to explore your edges while maintaining a connection to your breath. We also offer a non-heated version of this class. On the schedule, please note that the heated version has "warm" in the name.

What to bring:
