The heated room helps you work up a sweat as you glide through standing and balancing poses. It is a disciplinedmorning workout that builds both flexibility and endurance, setting a strong tone for your day.

Hot Fusion

Mon. at 7 am

Fusion blends Yoga and Pilates into a dynamic, rhythm-based session. Led by a former professional dancer and certified Pilates instructor, this class focuses on core strength and fluid mobility. The heated room helps muscles relax, allowing you to tone and lengthen safely to an upbeat playlist. It is an uplifting, high-energy workout that improves range of motion, leaving you feeling strong and energized for the week ahead.

Hot Hatha

Wed. at 7 am

Hatha focuses on holding postures longer to deepen focus and release tension. Led by a Yoga Therapy specialist with a background in Zoology, this class utilizes the heat to gently soften tight muscles and soothe chronic aches. You will prioritize breathwork to reduce stress while navigating a steady, therapeutic sequence. It is a grounding, restorative reset designed to support joint health and mental clarity for your mid-week recharge

Part of the Four Walls mission is creating space for practitioners of music, art, and other crafts to offer their talents to the community.
